  Items and Accounts

Primecarry makes no claims to the title of any virtual items purchased through Primecarry. Payment for Primecarry are for our service, not for virtual items. All virtual items relating to the game are owned by their respective companies. Primecarry is no way associated with the mentioned company.

  Payments

Payments are accepted via Paypal, credit cards and must be made prior to the reservation of a timeslot for the boost.

Customer agrees that he pays for virtual goods inside World of Warcraft virtual game and that after service (boost) is completed chargeback will not occur from the customer side.

The customer is making this payment on his own hand with a guarantee for an authorized transaction by his side.

  Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be granted upon request if the boost is unable to be completed from our side. Also, we will refund 100% of the money in case of long waiting times that exceed really much than our estimated time on the product description page. If the customer wishes to cancel a boost, a full refund will only be granted if there are at least twenty-four hours between the time of cancellation and the scheduled start time of the boost. Refunds not included in the above are at the sole discretion of the Primecarry management staff.
